If you really like us, you are welcome to commit to us for the long term for fully managed IT Support.

Our Remote Engineer Credits are pre-purchase support units consumed by the hour, normally carrying a minimum investment of 10 units. Each service desk ticket is then consumed in 30-minute increments.

We're not here to mess you about, and there are some limitations you need to know regarding our 5 hours Free IT support offer.

One of the main differences compared to our standard remote engineer credits is that our promotional offer of Free IT support has to be consumed within 3 months rather than 12. After all, it takes two to tango and we don’t want to be playing games with each other, do we? Three months should be plenty of time to get to know us, see what we are all about and want to take things further.

• Promotional offer limited to 1 claim per business.
